For 20 years now we have been providing legal services to entrepreneurs related to, inter alia, construction law and during construction processes. We provide assistance in starting and running businesses – registration of companies, transformations, mergers, bankruptcy/restructuring procedures.
We also represent our Clients in the mining law matters – concessions, controls of Mining Authorities, environmental protection connected with the operation of mining and production companies.
We assist in lease and rent of real estates – search, assistance in purchasing investment properties, advising during construction processes (checking the legal status of properties, assistance in purchasing, accommodation).
We represent our Clients in construction permit applications, construction works notifications and in contacts with general contractors. We advise on objects use permits issues.
We also support construction industry contractors and workers (disputes with investors, subcontractors) in terms of construction works public procurements. We have a versatile experience in appeals against decisions and complaints to administrational courts and appeals against tax law related decisions.
We deal with perpetual register entry procedures, changes in register of land and buildings, change of classification of land for tax optimization purposes. We advise on submitting motions for changes of spatial management plans and issues of building conditions documents.
Our office represents our Clients in inheritance matters, in disputes with insurers about indemnities, compensations and disability pensions due to personal injury or property damage (reimbursement of vehicle repair costs, vehicle rental costs), in case of death of relatives.
